I took my first yoga course during my first trip to India, at only 18 years old.
Since then I’ve taken some bad turns and a few long breaks, but yoga has always stayed an important and guiding part of my life.
At 23, recovering from depression and feeling uninspired by art school, I took a plane to India again, this time, with the full intention to do some real learning.
There I discovered my deep connection to Buddhism, took my first yoga teacher training and started to practice seriously.
I kept practicing and traveling and serving for three more years, until I decided to grow roots in Berlin, Germany.
There, I took my second yoga teacher training at Shakti Yogaloft (a 3-year long course consisting of over 500 hours of traning) plus a an advanced training “Yoga for People with Special Needs” (with Antje Kuwert), and started to teach.
I had finally found home!
Today I keep deepening my practice every day, raise my beloved dog and teach around Berlin.
On this website, I help yoga practitioners who feels like their weekly class is not enough anymore, to deepen their practice without spending tons of time and money on yoga teacher training.
When their practice becomes more regular and more meaningful, the result is inner peace, that benefits every aspect of their life.
